"Laboratory of Information Technologies" and "RED SOFT", within the framework of a technological partnership, tested the compatibility of their products. The developers confirmed the correct operation of the Omnichannel communication system between citizens and government agencies (by "Laboratory of Information Technologies") under the RED OS operating system (by RED SOFT). Test results are reflected in a bilateral certificate of compatibility.
The omnichannel communication system of citizens and state structures is a digital platform for involving citizens in solving urban development issues (Active Citizen), which allows each resident to take an active part in the development of his city / region. Thanks to this development, now in the Belgorod, Kursk and Sverdlovsk region, the city of Bryansk and the Primorsky Territory, decisions on the development of the urban environment and, as a consequence, improvement of the quality of life are made based on the opinion of the residents. The software is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases of the Ministry of Communications of Russia (No. 4657), as well as in the register of best practices of the Smart City Project (smartcity).
RED OS is a Russian, Linux-family, general-purpose operating system for servers and workstations. The product is certified by FSTEC of Russia (Cert. No. 4060, dated January 12, 2019), which confirms its compliance with the requirements of information security and allows its use for Government information systems and Personal Data systems up to 1 class inclusively. The RED OS is registered in the Unified Register of Russian software and databases of the Ministry of Communications and Mass Media of Russia (reg. No. 3751).
“RED SOFT is committed to ensuring the compatibility of its products with diverse domestic solutions. We are glad that the RED OS compatibility list was supplemented by such a unique and socially significant development as the Omnichannel communication system of citizens and state structures”, Rustam Rustamov, Deputy RED SOFT CEO, commented.
“We thank colleagues from RED SOFT for the opportunity to test our development in the Russian operating system RED OS. Now we are ready to offer a fully domestic tool that has passed a functional test on the Russian operating system for the implementation of the "Smart City" project at the regional level”, Alexei Morozov, Commercial Director of INFOLABS, said.
