The course towards software import substitution implies not only replacing foreign products with Russian ones, but also increasing their competitiveness by providing customers with the opportunity to use modern and efficient domestic solutions. Exactly for the purpose of creating such solutions, ComBox Technology and RED SOFT signed a partnership agreement and confirmed compatibility of the neural network video analytics platform ComBox Monster Vision with the RED OS.
The ComBox Monster Vision platform is designed to perform the tasks of object detection, recognition and reporting according to customer criteria. The system receives a video stream in RTSP format and slices it into frames according to the frame rate, then transmits the structured information to the neural network. The sequential and parallel use of multiple neural networks makes it possible to detect faces and build a gender and age structure, or, for example, to detect cars and their classification by brand and model. To generate unique events, the platform trajectorily analyzes objects in the frame with their re-identification after overlap. Other features include a passenger flow counter, license plate recognition barrier opening, and a badge issuing system.
RED OS is a Russian Linux family operating system for servers and workstations, that provides a universal environment for application software. The product is certified by the FSTEC of Russia (№4060 of 12.01.2019), that confirms its compliance with information security requirements and allows its use in government information systems. RED OS is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases of the Ministry of Communications of Russia (No.3751).
