Dmitry Zamanov, head of “LANIT-Ural” import substitution competency center: “Today, regional authorities are at different stages of import substitution. Some are just starting to implement projects, others are already starting to work actively in the new operating environment. At different stages of the life cycle of the transition to Linux project, we observe the same problems - incompatibility of the customer's existing software and the and peripheral equipment with the new operating system, lack of a management tool, suitable for a heterogenius infrastructure, lack of competencies and resources to support Linux users, the problem of transferring and storing user data, and, finally, the human factor - the rejection of the new user environment. Together with our colleagues from RED SOFT, we are able to solve these problems and at the forum we will tell the participants about the tools for fast and efficient migration to Linux.”
Rustam Rustamov, Deputy RED SOFT CEO: “The main task that RED SOFT implements is an import substitution of software. We offer to the market an import-independent solutions that meet the latest requirements, including security ones. Moreover, it is convenient to migrate to the RED SOFT operating system. We will demonstrate this process together with our colleagues from Lanit-Ural.
