RED SOFT and "NPK Catharsis" are developing the IT infrastructure of the Ministry of Labor of the Orenburg region

In order to develop the IT infrastructure, the Ministry of Labor and Employment of the Orenburg region approached RED SOFT, the developer of the RED OS operating system implemented in the department, and "NPK Catharsis", the manufacturer of "Catharsis:Employment" software solution, for product compatibility testing. The conducted tests have confirmed the correctness of the operation of the "Catharsis:Employment" software under the RED OS. Testing is aimed at transferring the interaction between the agency, citizens and the employers to an electronic format.

From now on the ministry employees will be able to get the applicant's personal signature on Wacom tablets and sign electronic documents with a qualified electronic signature. Pilot tests are planned in the near future, after which the ministry staff will begin to provide state employment services in digital format.

For this purpose, RED SOFT together with "NPK Katarsis" had to configure workstations and tablets so that electronic documents were correctly displayed there and the operations of creating or verifying an electronic signature were properly performed. This solution will make it possible not only to digitalize most of the ministry's services, but also to meet the import substitution requirements", Nailya Iskhakova, Minister of Labor and Employment of the Orenburg region, commented.
