RED SOFT and "RuSoft 21" confirmed the compatibility and correctness of operation of the property and land plot management automation software solutions (by "RuSoft 21") under the RED OS operating system (by RED SOFT). As a result of the tests, a bilateral certificate was signed.
RED OS is the Russian general-purpose operating system of the Linux family for servers and workstations. It is FSTEC of Russia certificate holder (cert. №4060 dated 12.01.2019) that confirms its compliance with information security requirements and allows its use in government information systems and personal data information systems up to class 1 inclusive. RED OS is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases of the Ministry of Communications of Russia (№3751).
"Prof. Accounting for property lease agreements" is designed for accounting of property lease agreements and administration of state/ municipal property use fees.
"Prof. Land plot management, registration of land plot agreements" allows to automate maintenance of land plot register, recording of all land plot transactions, and keeping land plot lease agreements.
"Accounting for property sale and purchase agreements (including those with installment payment)" is designed to automate all operations related to accounting for property sale agreements.
The "List of Real Estate Objects for Tax Purposes" is designed to compile the list of real estate objects, in respect of which the tax base is determined as cadastral value, specified in subparagraphs 1 and 2 of paragraph 1 of Article 378 of the Tax Code.
The "Prof. State Property Register" is designed to record the details of rightholders, account for state property and provide information about it.
AIS "The information on state property interchange between property management organizations and right holders through the Internet" is designed to ensure the completeness of accounting of state property, timely data entry into the registers of state property and reduce the work of the Ministry / Committee / Department specialists.
