RED SOFT products are incorporated into the DGUNKh educational process

RED SOFT and Dagestan State University of National Economy (DGUNKh) signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of science and development of innovation activities. The educational institution installed the domestic operating system RED OS and RED Database DBMS in order to train students of the Faculty of Information Technology and Management.

Tomorrow's information security professionals will study the disciplines "Security of Operating Systems" and "Architecture of Operating Systems" during the semester on the RED OS, the disciplines "Database" and "Security of Database Management Systems" on the Red Database DBMS.

RED OS is a Russian Linux family operating system for servers and workstations, that provides a universal environment for application software. The product is certified by the FSTEC of Russia (№4060 of 12.01.2019), that confirms its compliance with information security requirements and allows its use in government information systems. RED OS is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases of the Ministry of Communications of Russia (No.3751).

Red Database DBMS is a Russian open source DBMS; the product is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases under №1. Red Database DBMS is certified by FSTEC of Russia, which allows its use in the government information systems up to and including protection class 1 and personal data information systems up to the level 1 of personal data security inclusive.
