RED SOFT took part in a DBMS Technology 2016 conference (http://www.osp.ru/iz/tbd_dbms), where russian DBMS developers and operation supporters discussed latest achievements both for relational and NoSQL systems.
Roman Simakov, Director of Department of development of system products, made a report on "Solving the problem of garbage collection in "Red Database" DBMS" on behalf of the Company.
The report examined traditional approaches to determining visibility of the records, the problems and limitations of the current implementation, and a description of the proposed solution, which will increase efficiency of industrial use of DBMS.
