Thursday, April 12, the Russian-wide Conference "Debt Collection-2018: Navigate for Efficiency" by NAPKA was held. The NAPCA conference is the top significant platform for discussing the most important professional issues of debt collection. More than 350 participants annually visit the conference, among them are heads of debt collection market leaders, credit inftitutions, MFIs, representatives of ministries and government institutions.
On behalf of RED SOFT Rustam Rustamov, first deputy CEO, made a report "Development of Electronic document processing for debt collection purposes". The report was focused on an electronic interaction of claimers with the Federal Bailiff Service (FBS) of Russia. Particular attention was paid to the principles of functioning, as well as methods of improving the efficiency of the Aautomated Information System of the FBS of Russia.
