October 30, 2019, in Novosibirsk, the conference "Experience and opportunities of import substitution of IT in the Government and Defense Industry of the Russian Federation" was held, where Russian Software Development Association members took part. On behalf of RED SOFT, Ivan Ivlev, Deputy Director of the System Products Development Department, made a report “RED OS - Russian operating system for import substitution”.
