Support of digital sign by GOST R 34.10-2012

Regarding the document of Russian FSB № 149/7/1/3-58 from 31.01.2014 "About the order of migration to new standards of digital signs and hash functions" the use of GOST R 34.10-2001 is prohibited starting with 31.12.2018.
