Pantum International Limited and RED SOFT have announced their cooperation. According to the results of tests Pantum printers and multifunctional devices have confirmed their compatibility with the RED OS.
In particular, the following Pantum printers and MFPs were tested:
- P2200, P2500, P2510
- M6500, M6550, M6600
- P3010, P3300
- M6700, M6800, M7100, M7200, M7300
- BP5100, BM5100
RED OS is a Russian Linux family operating system for servers and workstations which provides a universal environment for the use of application software. The product is certified by FSTEC of Russia (#4060 from 12.01.2019), which confirms its compliance with information security requirements and allows its use in government information systems. RED OS is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases (#3751).
