The Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation and RED SOFT have signed new government contracts. Over the next two years the Russian developer will be supporting the information system which is used by the Ministry for automated data collection, processing, storage, search, delivery of information and provision of services in the field of communications.
RED SOFT has been both supporting and developing the Ministry's information system for seven years now. Thanks to the joint work of the government agency and the developer, six government services in the field of communications are now offered on the Gosuslugi portal, and telecommunications operators can submit reports to the ministry electronically.
The Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation and RED SOFT will continue work on further digitalization of the ministry under the new government contract for the development of the system. Among other things, by the end of the year a section with open data will be created for the Ministry's website to publish registers of numbering, certificates and declarations. In addition, more than 10 thousand telecom operators will be able to switch to a personal account from the site of the Ministry of Digitalization of Russia.
To improve reliability and performance, all system servers will be transferred to the RED OS, the developer's operating system.
