Active and RED SOFT specialists conducted the next series of test procedures, which confirmed the compatibility of USB tokens and Rutoken smart cards with the latest version 7.3 of the RED OS operating system. As a result of testing, the companies signed a certificate confirming the correctness of the joint work of the solutions.
In particular, there were tested Rutoken S (USB, micro); Rutoken Lite (USB,micro); Rutoken EDS 2.0/EDS 2.0 2100; Rutoken EDS PKI; Rutoken 2151; Rutoken EDS 2.0 2100; Rutoken EDS 2.0 3000; smart cards Rutoken EDS 3.0 NFC, Rutoken 2151, Rutoken EDS 2.0 2100. Rutoken products are recommended as key storage media in RED OS environment. Tokens and smart cards can be used as secure hardware key data storage devices, including those for authentication in the operating system and for creation of electronic signatures. RED SOFT and Aktiv recommend their products for joint use in the commercial and public sectors.
Rutoken is Russia's first domestic line of software and hardware products and solutions for authentication and electronic signature creation. The Rutoken card operating system, Rutoken drivers for Windows, Rutoken Plugin, and Rutoken KeyBox are listed in the Unified Register of Russian Software. Rutoken products and solutions are certified by FSB and FSTEC of Russia.
RED OS is a Russian Linux family operating system for servers and workstations, that provides a universal environment for application software. The product is certified by the FSTEC of Russia (№4060 of 12.01.2019), that confirms its compliance with information security requirements and allows its use in government information systems. RED OS is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases of the Ministry of Communications of Russia (No.3751).
