RED OS runs on domestic computers "Istok"

"RED SOFT and "NPP "Istok" (research and production company "Istok") named after Shokin, tested their products and confirmed compatibility of RED OS with IS-S series server equipment and IS-PC series personal computers. The work is aimed at creating domestic competitive solutions within the framework of the import substitution program.

In particular, the compatibility of the RED OS with the IS-PC-Midi PC series, IS-PC-Full PC series, IS-PC-N (Nettop) PC series, IS-PC-TC (Thin Client) PC series, IS-PC-Mini PC series and IS-S-2 server has been confirmed. The results are recorded in a bilateral certificate.

RED OS is a Russian Linux family operating system for servers and workstations, that provides a universal environment for application software. The product is certified by the FSTEC of Russia (№4060 of 12.01.2019), that confirms its compliance with information security requirements and allows its use in government information systems. RED OS is registered in the Unified Register of Russian Software and Databases of the Ministry of Communications of Russia (No.3751).
